In a recent article in the Journal of Religious and Political Practice she argues that militarism has become one of the generative forces of Christian prayer practices across the globe. She draws on ethnographic fieldwork to focus on the articulation between militarization and aggressive forms of prayer, especially the evangelical warfare prayer developed since the 1980s.
