Melco China Resorts is revolutionizing the country's ski resort industry and all aspects of mountain resort development. Our initial focus is the rapid transformation of five existing ski areas in northern China into unique, year-round, world-class resorts offering the very best in snow sports throughout the winter; a full range of  non winter activities such as tennis, biking, equestrian, golf, and water sports; and great dining, shopping and accommodations all year around.

While resort real estate is currently being sold in southern China, primarily in Hainan Island and Shenzhen, these resorts are very much one dimensional, with a focus on warm weather activities such as golf and beach activities. For the first time in China, consumers will now have an opportunity to own resort real estate in an international standard four-season mountain resort environment.
